Firewall and security FAQ:
- When accessing MobiBiz remote control, if your internet enabled PC is behind a corporate firewall, then please enable outgoing communication on port 7443
- Internet browser must have java and java applets enabled
- If you corporate firewall has restrictions on applet downloads, please add an exception to enable all downloads from http://myaccount.mobibizlive.com
- If communicating via BES service, please enable communication on port 7443 on the device firewall if enabled
