Firewall and security FAQ:

        
  • When accessing MobiBiz remote control, if your internet enabled PC is behind a corporate firewall, then please enable outgoing communication on port 7443
  • Internet browser must have java and java applets enabled
  • If you corporate firewall has restrictions on applet downloads, please add an exception to enable all downloads from http://myaccount.mobibizlive.com
  • If communicating via BES service, please enable communication on port 7443 on the device firewall if enabled
